Third-party assets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
Purchasing a Peachy product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the product or its files.
Peachy is not affiliated with or endorsed by VRChat Inc., Unity Technologies, or third-party creators whose products may be used.
Peachy is not responsible for issues caused by VRChat, Unity, SDK, VRCFury, Poiyomi, or other third-party updates or changes.
Digital products are provided for use under the Terms of Use listed on this page.

✦ AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18+ to purchase, own, or use Peachy products, unless the product is specifically marked as SFW / minor-friendly.
Anyone found using an 18+ product while underage may be banned until they are of age. Removal of the ban is not guaranteed and depends on the situation.
✦ PURCHASES & REFUNDS
All digital sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a product has been purchased or accessed.
Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks/payment disputes may result in loss of access to Peachy products and future purchases.
✦ BASIC KNOWLEDGE
Please have basic Unity and/or Blender knowledge when purchasing products that require them. Support is not guaranteed for issues caused by lack of basic program knowledge.
✦ VIOLATIONS
Breaking these Terms may result in a warning, ban, blacklist, license removal, or DMCA/takedown request, depending on the situation.
Do not purchase, gift, share, or otherwise provide Peachy products to anyone you know is banned or blacklisted.
✦ LICENSING
Purchasing a Peachy product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the product or its files.
Licenses are conditional on following these Terms. If your license is revoked, you may no longer use, upload, share, or access that product.
✦ SERVER CODES
Free products or codes made specifically for the Peachy server are for server members only. Do not share private codes outside of the server.
♡ Avatars ♡
rules for complete peachy avatars
✦ ESSENTIALS
If a Peachy avatar is used in monetized content, including streaming, paid content, commissions, or promotions, credit Peachy as the avatar creator.
Assets used on Peachy avatars must be obtained from their original creators before being reused.
If an asset was made by Peachy specifically for an avatar and is not sold separately, it may not be removed and reused on another avatar.
♡ PERMITTED USE
Peachy avatars are licensed for personal use only.
The person whose information is entered at checkout is the license holder.
If purchased as a gift, the recipient holds the license. The gifter receives no rights unless they purchase their own copy.
You may edit and customize your avatar under the following conditions:
The license holder may upload the avatar to one VRChat account only.
✦ NOT PERMITTED
Sharing, leaking, reselling, price-splitting, trading, or redistributing the files.
Uploading the avatar as a public VRChat avatar.
Uploading or converting the avatar for another game or platform outside of VRChat.
Ripping, taking, or reusing pieces of the avatar without obtaining the required assets from their original creators.
Editing the avatar so heavily that it is no longer recognizable as the original model.
Taking a Peachy-made custom asset that is not sold separately from one Peachy avatar and using it on another.
Use for AI training, NFTs, political content, or use of 18+ products by minors.
♡ Assets ♡
rules for standalone peachy assets
✦ ESSENTIALS
If a Peachy asset is used on a commercial avatar, the product page must clearly state that buyers are required to purchase the original asset from Peachy.
Credit to Peachy with a direct link to the asset or store is required.
♡ PERMITTED USE
Peachy assets may be used on completed commercial, private, public, free, and Nitro avatars, unless the product page states otherwise.
You may edit, retexture, or modify the asset however you'd like. Peachy must still be credited.
✦ NOT PERMITTED
Sharing, leaking, reselling, price-splitting, trading, or redistributing the original files.
Selling, giving away, or distributing the asset as a standalone product, even if edited.
Porting or using the asset in other games or platforms outside VRChat.
Claiming the asset as your own creation, regardless of how heavily it has been modified.
Use for AI training, NFTs, political content, or sexualized/NSFW models depicting minors or minor-like characters.
♡ Textures ♡

✦ ESSENTIALS
You must legally own or have permission to use the original base or asset the texture was created for.
Credit to Peachy with a direct link to the texture or store is required when used commercially.
♡ PERMITTED USE
Peachy textures may be used on personal and commercial avatars, unless the product page states otherwise.
You may edit, recolor, or modify the texture.
✦ NOT PERMITTED
Sharing, leaking, reselling, price-splitting, trading, or redistributing texture files.
Selling or giving away a Peachy texture by itself, including edited versions.
Claiming a Peachy texture as your own work.
Using the texture on a base or asset you do not legally own or have permission to use.
Use for AI training, NFTs, political content, or sexualized/NSFW models depicting minors or minor-like characters.
♡ Sculpt Edits ♡
rules for peachy head & base edits
✦ ESSENTIALS
You must legally own the original head or base the Peachy sculpt edit was created for.
Proof that you own both the required original base and the Peachy sculpt edit may be requested.
You are responsible for following the original creator's Terms of Use alongside Peachy's Terms.
♡ PERMITTED USE
Sculpt edits may be used on personal avatars.
Commercial use is allowed only when the individual product page says it is permitted.
You may make additional edits or adjustments to the sculpt however you'd like, as long as Peachy is still credited for the original sculpt edit.
You may use your own textures, makeup, eyes, or other compatible edits with the sculpt.
✦ NOT PERMITTED
Sharing, leaking, reselling, price-splitting, trading, or redistributing the sculpt files.
Giving the sculpt to someone who does not own the required original base.
Selling or distributing the Peachy sculpt as a standalone sculpt/head edit, including modified versions.
Claiming the sculpt or Peachy's original changes as your own work.
Using the sculpt in a way that breaks the original base creator's Terms of Use.
Use for AI training, NFTs, political content, or sexualized/NSFW models depicting minors or minor-like characters.
♡ Commissions / Uploaders ♡
when another creator needs access to your files
✦ ESSENTIALS
Proof of purchase may be requested from either party at any time.
♡ PERMITTED USE
You may commission someone to edit, fix, optimize, or upload a Peachy product as long as both parties own it.
Commissioners may make the edits necessary to complete the client's requested work.
Uploaders may upload an avatar directly to the client's VRChat account.
Custom work created by the commissioner may follow their own terms as long as those terms do not conflict with Peachy's Terms of Use.
✦ NOT PERMITTED
Sending Peachy files to a commissioner/uploader who does not own the product.
Using a client's purchase as a way for the commissioner/uploader to avoid purchasing their own copy.
Sharing, keeping, reusing, selling, or redistributing another person's Peachy files outside of the commissioned work.
Using files from one client's purchase for another client, even if both clients own the product.
Using a commission or upload service as a way to bypass Peachy's Terms of Use.
